For car tyre recycling

People have long wondered how to recycle old car tyres, which increase in number every year. But even today only about 20% of all tyres in the world are recycled, although recycling methods exist nowadays. And some of them can even be used for earning money, while also improving the environment. The matter is that worn out tyres represent rather valuable polymeric raw material: 1 ton of tyres contains about 700 kg of rubber that can be reused for production of fuel, rubber goods and construction materials. At the same time, if 1 ton of used tyres is burnt, 270 kg of soot and 450 kg of toxic gases are emitted into the atmosphere. The business idea of tyre recycling is difficult to make economically viable on an industrial scale. However, according to waste recycling equipment manufacturers, an in-house tyre recycling mini-factory can be quite profitable.
